Welcome, and thank you for choosing to collaborate with LREI Property Management, LLC.

To facilitate your integration into our systems, we kindly request that you provide the necessary information to enable your setup in both Buildium, our property management platform, and Property Meld, our maintenance management software. Property Meld will be the primary system used for submitting and tracking work orders (referred to as “melds”).
​
Upon completion of your setup, you will receive a welcome email with an invitation to access your dedicated vendor dashboard. Through this dashboard, you will have the ability to:

Review and manage all assigned melds

Schedule appointments

Submit invoices and estimates

Communicate directly with residents and LREI staff
Additional information and training materials will be made available once your Property Meld account is activated.
Please note that invoices should be submitted via Property Meld, with payments processed on a net 30 term. LREI will retain a preferred vendor markup of 5-10% on the total invoice amount. Further details regarding this markup policy will be provided in the link below.
